Tabasco Research and Reference

Tabasco sauce is quite an old company and have been making their chili sauce since 1868, the interesting thing about this company is that the recipe, bottles or branding hasent changed since then so this is something I may want to convey in my character. Original the chili peppers for the sauce were grown on Avery Island but are now grown mostly in Central and South America as there is more farmland and predictable weather. The only ingredients in the sauce is chili peppers, vinegar and a little salt, the sauce gets it flavor from the old whiskey barrels it is aged in. For my design I want to incorporate the ideas of unchanged enduring, simple organicness of the recipe and take influence from South America to give the character location to the production of the product.
